When I was 19 I set a crazy goal. I set a goal to get signed to a major record label in less than a year. I had just started a band with 4 of my friends and we knew it was either go big or go home. We made a plan, executed on that plan, treated being in a band like owning business and in 9 months, we signed with Sony Music. Our friends and family were all shocked. Honestly, we were shocked.

From that point on I was hooked on goals.

Over the past 20 years I’ve been fortunate enough to have achieved some pretty cool goals: I’ve traveled the world, played Madison Square Garden, proposed to my wife on top of the Eiffel Tower in Paris and started and grown multi-million dollar businesses;  all utilizing the power of the goal setting methodologies we’ve built into the GoalTrack Planner.

It hasn’t all been a series of wins. I’ve also fallen short of many big goals, and in doing so learned many lessons on what “not to do” when setting goals. I also never achieved anything on my own.

At the end of the day, I’m a life-long student of Goals. I’ve studied individuals and companies and learned how the best of them set and achieved goals. I’ve modeled my own goal-setting methodologies after many of them, taking the best of the best and adopting their principles to create a powerful planner that can help you achieve your biggest goals!

One of the most influential parts of my life has been my relationship with my mentor, pastor and father-in-law, Keith Craft. At a young age I was greatly impacted by his leadership and life message that “God has given you a unique fingerprint to leave an imprint that no one else can leave.” It was from him that I learned about Core Values and the concepts in a Life-Track Assessment, and now it is with him and my brother-in-law Josh Craft that we are releasing this GoalTrack Planner.

One of my life motto’s has always been “Helping peoples dreams come true.” I am confident that if you apply the principles in this Planner and stick to it, you will see some of your biggest dreams coming true!

Clay Jones is the creator of the GoalTrack Planner. He lives in Texas where he and his wife, Whitney, are raising their 2 daughters Layla Shae and Livy Rae.

He finds the most joy and fulfillment in quality time with his family, friends and serving in his local church, Elevate Life.

Clay is also the co-founder and COO of Audiio, a fast growing saas start-up that licenses music to content creators around the world.
